- a clear description of your complaint;
- if applicable, you can send copies of documents that we use to answer your complaint necessary .
How we handle your complaint
Quality is our top priority and we do everything we can to prevent complaints. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. We will provide a substantive response to your complaint within 5 working days.
Online dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, you can report your complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This is a platform set up by the EU for all consumers throughout Europe.
