Promotion conditions*

I. General

1. These promotion conditions (hereinafter: the “Promotion Conditions”) apply to the promotion '[HelloFresh '').
2. Participants who participate in this Promotion declare that they agree to these Promotion Terms and Conditions, which can be found at www.hellofresh.nl/efteling for participants from the Netherlands and www.hellofresh.be/efteling for participants from Belgium.

II. Participation

1. Participation in the Promotion is for everyone who lives in the Netherlands or Belgium.
2. You participate in the Promotion if, during the promotional period, you (1) order one of the recipes or products with the Efteling label and (2) fill in your contact details and (3) answer the question on https://forms. gle/r7BFQDdywtvRgDwJ9
3. If you cook one fairytale dish every week, you have an even better chance. The winner will then be drawn at random,
4. Participation in the Promotion is excluded for persons under the age of 18, as well as for employees of HelloFresh and all other parties involved in the realization of this Promotion.
5. There are no costs associated with participating in the Promotion.

III. How it works

1. You can participate in the Promotion from May 29 to June 23, 2024 (hereinafter: the “Promotion Period”). After the Promotion Period, it is no longer possible to participate in the Promotion.
2. The winner will be notified by email no later than July 5, 2024 that he/she has won. The winner must respond to the message by July 12, 2024 to claim his/her prize. After that, the right to the prize expires. The prize is not transferable.
3. Once the prize has been claimed by the winner, it will be sent to the winner's email address.
4. If the winner has won a day ticket 'Reus', the day ticket will be sent by HelloFresh to the winner's email address.
5. If the winner has won a weekend away or an overnight stay, this prize will be sent by Efteling to the winner's email address.
6. The aim of this Promotion is to draw attention to overnight stays in the Efteling and family recipes and products from HelloFresh and to strengthen the brand experience for customers of both brands.
7. Only one prize per household can be won during the Promotion Period.

IV. Prices

1. The prize to be won concerns: a. 150x day tickets 'Reus' worth €51, available every day until December 31, 2024. b. 2x weekend away (2 nights, 3 days in the park)

• Loonsche Land Holiday Park – Hut for 6 people / 2 nights / 3 days in the park / 2 adults + 2 kids / including delivery breakfast / including booking costs, tourist tax & consumer contribution SGR = € 991.80
• Holiday park Bosrijk - Boshuys for 6 people / 2 nights / 3 days in the park / 2 adults + 2 kids / including delivery breakfast / including booking costs, tourist tax & consumer contribution SGR = € 1,171.80 c. 2x overnight stay (1 night, 2 days in the park)
• Bosrijk family room – Poorthuys family room / 1 night / 2 days park / 2 adults + 2 kids / including breakfast / including booking costs, tourist tax & consumer contribution SGR = € 595.50 euros
• Efteling Hotel – Comfort room / 1 night / 2 days park / 2 adults + 2 kids / including breakfast / including booking costs, tourist tax & consumer contribution SGR = € 587.50

2. HelloFresh expressly reserves the right to award another (equal or similar) prize instead of the offered prize.
3. The prize cannot be exchanged for other prizes and/or money.
4. At the request of HelloFresh, a winner must be able to identify themselves legally in order to be able to award a prize.

By ordering one of the recipes or products with the Efteling label during the promotional period, customers can also receive a special prize, namely a set of wooden spoons, an apron, a chef's hat or a memory card game, while supplies last.

V.Privacy

1. In the context of the Promotion, the first name, last name and email address of participants are requested with the aim of allowing the participant to participate in the Promotion.
2. The winner may be asked to share any contact details for sending the prize.
3. The following personal data of the winner will be shared with Efteling: first name, last name and email address for the purpose of receiving the prize won. For more information about the processing of your personal data by Efteling, we refer you to Efteling's Privacy Statement.
4. HelloFresh's Privacy and Cookie Statement applies to the Promotion.
5. If incomplete and/or incorrect personal data is provided when participating, HelloFresh has the right to exclude participation from further competition and it may be decided to forfeit the right to win the prize.
6. If a participant objects to participation in the Promotion and the above-mentioned use of his/her personal data or if a participant wishes to view, correct or delete his/her personal data, a participant can notify HelloFresh in writing via: https ://www.hellofresh.nl/contact-us or https://www.hellofresh.be/contact-us
7. Participants may be contacted by HelloFresh to share their feedback in order to improve the services. Participants who share their feedback are not entitled to (financial) compensation.

VI. Liability

1. HelloFresh is not liable for damage, direct and/or indirect, to participants or third parties that in any way results from (participation in) the Promotion.
2. Also for problems and consequential damage caused by, or inherent in, the distribution of information relating to the Promotion via the internet, typographical, printing or typographical errors as well as technical malfunctions, such as temporary inaccessibility of the site, non-working links, problems with subscriptions or connections with the internet or mobile provider, or other situations of force majeure, HelloFresh is not liable.
3. HelloFresh is not liable for any damage or loss of the prize during shipping of the prize to the winner.

VII. Miscellaneous

1. HelloFresh reserves the right at all times, albeit reasonably and taking into account the concrete circumstances, to terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion, unilaterally and without prior notice, and/or the Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or to change the promotional products/prices, without being liable for this in any way.
2. Correspondence cannot be entered into about the outcome of a Promotion.
3. These Promotional Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Gambling.
4. If applicable, HelloFresh will arrange for the withholding and declaration of gambling tax
5. All intellectual property on the content of this Promotion, including landing pages, texts, images, layout, software or other information, belongs to HelloFresh.
6. In cases not provided for in these Promotional Terms and Conditions, HelloFresh will decide.
7. Dutch law applies to the Promotion Conditions.
