Where can I redeem my discount code?
When ordering your first box it is possible to use a discount code. You can redeem your discount code during the last part of the ordering process.
Check the terms of the discount code if it is declined. The code may have expired or the code may only be valid for new customers.
Are you already a customer? Then you can redeem your discount code via this link. If the discount code is declined, please note that our codes are usually only valid for new customers.
How do I use my credit?
Your credit will be automatically deducted from the next box. Do you still have an active discount code? The credit will then be deducted from the next box without a discount. You can find your credit here in your online account. Please contact customer service if you would like a refund.
