  • Take the steak out of the fridge and allow it to reach room temperature. Add the honey, white wine vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl and let the beef stripes marinate for 5 minutes. Add the flour and toss well.
  • Chop the bell pepper into strips, chop the onion into half rings, cut the head of the broccoli into florets, and dice the stem.

  • Boil plenty of water in a pot or saucepan and boil the noodles for 4 - 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent the noodles from sticking together. (save some pasta water).

  • Heat a drizzle of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the steak strips for 1 minute. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Heat another drizzle of sunflower oil in the same pan and fry the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli florets for 4 -5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of honey and cook for 1 more minute. Salt and pepper to taste.

  • Add the meat back to the frying pan with 4 tbsps of pasta water and the green part of the scallions. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Add the noodles to the sauce and toss well.
