Sunflower oil
Chop the bell pepper into strips, chop the onion into half rings, cut the head of the broccoli into florets, and dice the stem.
Heat another drizzle of sunflower oil in the same pan and fry the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli florets for 4 -5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of honey and cook for 1 more minute. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add the noodles to the sauce and toss well.
