Cooking Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. 
  • Boil plenty of water in a saucepan. Carefully transfer the eggs to the water and boil for 10 - 12 minutes. 
  • Rinse the eggs under cold water, then peel them and cut them in half. 
  • In the meantime, finely chop the chives and onion.

  • Remove the yolks and add to a bowl.
  • Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, the mustard, the curry spices and half of the chives, then mash everything together with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the egg mixture over the egg whites using a spoon.

  • Put the smoked salmon flakes in a bowl. 
  • Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise, the chives and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix everything together with a fork.

  • Crush or mince the garlic. 
  • Grate half of the cucumber and put it in a bowl. 
  • Juice half of the lemon into the bowl.
  • Mix the cucumber with the cream cheese and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Bake the demi-baguette in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes. 
  • Meanwhile, cut the cucumber into strips. 
  • Cut the tomatoes in half.

  • Place the dips, deviled eggs and brie on a serving board. 
  • Slice the bread and place on the serving board. 
  • Add the cucumber, tomatoes and salami before serving.
