Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Halve the passion fruit.
Use a blender or immersion blender to process the mango, coconut milk and Greek yogurt into a thick smoothie.
If you would prefer the smoothie to be sweeter, blend in some honey as preferred.
Serve the smoothie in deep plates or bowls. Top with the passion fruit and blueberries. Garnish with the desiccated coconut and chia seeds.
