Cooking Steps

  • Core and slice the apples. 
  • Add the lady fingers to a serving plate, together with the apple and strawberries.

  • Add the cream to a saucepan on medium heat. 
  • Slowly bring to a simmer and add the chocolate chips.

  • Remove the cream from the heat. 
  • Whisk until smooth and the chocolate chips are fully incorporated (see Tip). 

Tip: If you have a fondue pot at home, transfer the chocolate mix to it and keep it warm over a low flame.

  • Pour the fondue into a bowl.
  • Serve with the lady fingers and fresh fruit.
