Cooking Steps

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
  • Meng in een kleine kom de passata met de Italiaanse kruiden. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
  • Halveer de salami.
  • Snijd de rode peper (let op: pittig! Gebruik naar smaak) in ringetjes.

  • Leg de pizzabodems op een bakplaat met bakpapier. 
  • Besmeer met de tomatensaus.
  • Scheur de mozzarella in kleine stukken.
  • Verdeel de mozzarella, rode peper en salami over de pizza's. Strooi de geraspte kaas erover.

  • Bak de pizza's 15 - 20 minuten in de oven.

  • Verdeel de pizza's over de borden.
