Cooking Steps

Pink smoothie bowl with raspberry and banana
1

Peel and slice the kiwi. Slice half of 1 banana and roughly chop the other half. Set the kiwi, banana slices and a couple of raspberries aside for garnishing. Put 125g raspberries and the chopped banana in a blender (or tall container, if you're using an immersion blender) and add 150g yogurt and 2 tbsp honey. Blend into a thick smoothie, then serve in bowls and garnish with the rest of the kiwi, banana and raspberries.

Very berry smoothie with blueberry, raspberry and banana
2

Peel and slice two bananas, then transfer to a blender (or tall container, if you're using an immersion blender) and add 125g raspberries and 250ml coconut milk. Set aside a handful of blueberries for garnishing, then add the rest to the blender and blend into a thick smoothie. Add some honey to taste if preferred and blend once more before pouring the smoothie into glasses. Garnish with the blueberries.
