Cooking Steps

  • Boil plenty of water in a saucepan. 
  • Carefully transfer the eggs to the water and boil for 12 - 14 minutes. 
  • Rinse the eggs under cold water and let cool completely. 
  • Once the eggs have cooled completely, remove the shell and finely chop the eggs.

  • Finely chop the chives. 
  • Add the eggs and chives to a bowl. 
  • Mix with the mayonaise, curry spices, and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. 
  • Bake the Easter bread for 5 - 7 minutes.

  • Serve the bread with the egg salad.
