How to fry you like a good burger?
Let the butter (possibly combined with some oil) melt in a hot pan, quickly sear the burgers over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and fry for 4-8 minutes done. For dry roasting without oil or butter: the meat contains enough of its own fat, which will run out during frying. Make sure the pan is well heated before you start.
