Prepare a juicy roast beef in red wine sauce. Sear the roast beef, then let it simmer in a red wine sauce with pieces of bacon and shallots. Or create the ideal beef tenderloin. Make sure the meat is dry, roast it until it has a nice brown color on medium-high heat, and then let it cook further in the oven.

Which vegetables do you eat with which meat?
