Recipe developer Chiara: "One of my favourite vegetables to cook with in the winter is sauerkraut! The fermentation process gives it a lot of flavour. To make the sour taste of sauerkraut accessible to everyone, I chose to combine it with sweeter elements such as apple, brown sugar and our strawberry balsamic sauce in this recipe."
