Cooking Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. 
  • Transfer the croissants to a parchment-lined baking sheet. 
  • Bake in the oven for 6 - 8 minutes.

  • Zest and juice the lemons.
  • Add the mascarpone to a small bowl and mix with the zest and half of the juice.

  • Cut open the croissants. 
  • Spread the mascarpone on the inside of the croissant. 
  • Drizzle the blueberry jam on top.

  • Serve the croissants on a serving plate.
