Cooking Steps

  • Zest the lime, then cut into wedges.
  • Crush or mince the garlic.
  • Deseed and finely chop the red chilli pepper*.

*Take care, this ingredient is spicy! Use as preferred.

  • Heat a small drizzle of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. 
  • Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. 
  • Fry for 4 - 5 minutes. 
  • Add the garlic and chili, fry for another minute, then remove the pan from the heat.

  • Combine the shrimp with the lime zest. 
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and curry spices. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon the curry yogurt into a serving bowl.

  • Top the yogurt with the cooked shrimp
  • Sprinkle over the shaved almonds almonds. 
  • Serve with the lime wedges. Enjoy!
