Cooking Steps

  • Finely chop the chives and add to a small bowl.
  • Add the black sesame seeds to a small bowl. 
  • Halve the sundried tomatoes.
  • Tear the Serrano ham into smaller pieces.

  • Add the goat's cheese and cream cheese to a bowl. 
  • Use your hands to incorporate the cream cheese into the goat's cheese until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Roll 1 tbsp of the mixture into a little ball and repeat for the rest of the mix.

  • Roll half of the balls through the chives and the other half through the sesame seeds and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Cut the skewers in half.
  • Thread half of the skewers with the sundried tomatoes and the other half with the Serrano ham. Insert each threaded skewer into a cheese ball to finish.

  • Transfer the goat's cheese balls to the refrigerator and let chill for at least 1 hour. 
  • Remove from the refrigerator and serve immediately.
