Cooking Steps

Prepare

  • Peel and slice 3 bananas.
  • Remove the strawberry stems and leaves. 
Blend

  • Add the strawberries, two-thirds of the banana slices, yogurt and milk to a blender (or tall container, if you're using an immersion blender). 
  • Blend into a thick smoothie. 
Serve

  • Add honey to taste. 
  • Pour the smoothie into two glasses. 
  • Garnish with the rest of the banana slices and serve.
