Blueberry-mango smoothie with banana

Peel and chop 1 banana. Peel 1 mango and chop it up. Put the banana, mango, 250ml coconut milk and blueberries in the blender or a tall container (if you're using an immersion blender), then blend into a thick smoothie. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve.

Tutti frutti smoothie with raspberries, pineapple, orange and banana

Peel and roughly chop 1 banana. Juice the orange into a blender or a tall container (if you're using an immersion blender). Add the raspberries, banana, pineapple and 250ml coconut milk, then blend into a thick smoothie. Pour the smoothie into two glasses to serve.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and dice the flesh. Peel and dice 1 mango. Slice 2 bananas. Peel and dice the kiwi. Set all of the kiwi and some of the mango and banana aside for garnishing. Put the avocado, spinach, 250ml coconut milk and most of the banana and mango in a blender (or tall container, if you're using an immersion blender), then blend into a thick smoothie. Pour the smoothie into two bowls. Garnish with the grated coconut, the kiwi and the rest of the banana and mango.
